KICK-OFF MEETING
On January 14th we had our first online meeting with our Global Action tutors, who explained us the expected goals and tasks to reach though our cooperation.
MEETING THE AMBASSADOR
On January 28th we had our first online meeting with the Ambassador to the Italian Republic M. Shahidul Islam.
We had a very catching and demanding discussion, thanks to which the Ambassador presented us his breathtaking homeland and answered all our questions about the Bangladesh's customs and traditions, goals and role and in the world,
MEETING TOMSON PHIRI
On May 4th we had the honor of an online meeting with mr. Tomson Phiri, global spokesman for the World Food Program.
We had to chance to ask him about the WFP activities all over the world, and at the same time to have a more direct and touching point of view regarding the sufferings that many people still have to undergo in some areas of the world, including the most recent war in Ukraine.
A VISIT TO THE EMBASSY
On May 12th we had the honor to be received at the Bangladesh embassy in Rome. Not only our students were introduced to the most important features related to the duties and tasks of being an Ambassador, but they also were given a taste of the traditional Bangladesh dishes.
Students had the unique to see for the first time an Embassy, as well as the chance to directly ask questions to the Ambassador and to the several functionaries who were present at the meeting.
CLOSING CEREMONY AT THE IFAD
After being received at the Embassy, we took part in the closing ceremony which was held at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) palace, in Rome, at the presence of the Ambassadors of Bangladesh, Kurdi
